ALBONDIGAS (MEXICO)

This traditional Mexican savory dish consists of carefully made meatballs with rice,added to a mixture of vegetable like carrots,onions,celery and potatoes.It is usually served with flour corn  tortillas and salsa casera or toasts sprinkled with Cotija or other cheese.
